Welcome to the City of Inver Grove Heights Online Permit Portal! Permits are now exclusively applied for through our online portal. Weno longer accept permits over the counter. All documentation, including construction plans, must be electronic and converted into a pdf. If you are new to the IGH permit portal, please register your business first. Once registered, you may then sign in and apply for permits. If you are a:
  • Business and do not have a contractor license, you must login to the Contractor Section and upload a completed:
  • Contractor License Application
  • State Licensure
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Homeowner: you must upload a completed Homeowner Affidavit: Building Permit Application and include with your permit application on Portal.
